About the Role:
- A 4-year structured Young Talent Program to develop talents who are willing to have career in Industrial Operations
- Exciting roles and projects across the multiple teams with the supporting of Ferrero leaders starting with a role in Quality function as Product Quality Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Learn, understand Food Safety & Quality measurement and management system, apply in operational environment.
- Ensure compliance of food safety standard based on scientistic technologies and GMP requirements on site through training and verification programs.
- Coordination and cooperation with different teams to ensure the integrity and highest level of quality for all Ferrero products produced.
- Build network in Global Food safety & quality function and implement projects such as FSZR, develop Food Safety & Quality culture locally in plant.
- Teamwork with different experts to ensure operational factors compliances. Implement lean methodologies to drive continues improvement within the organization.
- Develop leadership through comprehensive job understanding and on-job practice.
Who we are looking for:
- College degree in food science or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in food industries
- Good English both oral and writing
