Contact Center Analyst

What you’ll do:

  • Respond, analyze and provide solutions on multiple HR-related inquires covering compensation and benefits, life cycle, data management, HR policies and processes from employees, managers and HRBPs as the first contact window.
  • Promote Contact Center services via various communication channels.
  • Support Time&Labor system(GaiaWorks) daily data maintenance and guarantee the accuracy with a timely manner, including but not limited to user access and role update, employee files update, organization creation and change.
  • Act as Commercial/RHQ timekeeper role, including but not limited to attendance exception handling, leave quota management and other time&attendance transactional work.
  • Ensure smooth data interface between core HR system(Oracle) and Time&Labor system(GaiaWorks), and troubleshoot the data interface issues as per the service delivery model.
  • Look for the continuous improvement opportunities for the Workforce Management System(GaiaWorks).
  • Interact with HRBPs, employees and managers to resolve the query and provide timely, high quality HRS support.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with HRBPs, COEs and other HRS work streams to ensure the smooth HRS operations in the target countries within scope.
  • Other job assignments from supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferred
  • More than 3 years working experience in HR function; HR Generalist experience is preferred
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written
  • Flexible communication skill, self-motivated and proactive
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
  • Familiar with HR polices and systems, and experience in GaiaWorks is an advantage
  • Strong data analysis capability, customer service consciousness and multi-task ability
  • Branding experience like newsletter and promotion campaign is a plus
