Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ByteDance core Business user data construction (including user growth and user basic data), build and accumulate user and scene entity data, discover business problems and growth opportunities, and continue to support the analysis, strategy, and algorithm work of each business 3. Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, statistics, mathematics, computer and other related majors, more than 5 years of work experience, more than 3 years of team Management experience 2.
